1:1 Coaching
Recalibrations
A Team Recalibration is best when the friction is happening between people: mixed priorities, unclear ownership, recurring team tension, or execution drift. It’s an in-business reset to get the whole team aligned on direction, roles, and a weekly rhythm.
1:1 Strategic Advising / Leadership Coaching is best when the biggest lever is you: decision clarity, leadership under load, delegation, priorities, and follow-through - especially if the team is generally functional but the business keeps routing through the owner.
If you’re an owner, founder, or leader who’s built something solid - and now the business is more complex than it used to be - you’ll probably feel at home here.
Most people come to me when things aren’t broken… but they’re heavier than they should be: more moving parts, more people, more decisions, and less margin for “winging it.”
For most businesses, yes - and in a good way.
I typically recommend a Team Recalibration every 6 months, or at least annually, because alignment naturally drifts as the business moves.
Priorities change. People change. The market shifts. The business adds new services, new team members, new constraints - and what used to be “obvious” becomes unclear again.
Even great teams slowly accumulate small misalignments: mixed messages, fuzzy ownership, recurring tension, and decisions that don’t stick.
A regular Recalibration is a preventative reset.
It clears the noise, refreshes the plan, re-locks ownership and decision rights, and updates the way the team works together so execution stays clean.
It’s much easier (and cheaper) to recalibrate twice a year than to wait until things feel heavy, political, or stuck.
A consultant is usually paid to bring answers and deliver a plan.
As your strategic advisor & leadership growth partner, I am here to help you make better decisions, lead more effectively, and follow through consistently - in a way that becomes part of how you run the business.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
Consultants do it for you.
They diagnose, recommend, and often build the solution. Useful when you need specialist expertise or extra hands.
I Build It With You.
You’re still the one leading the business. I help you see what matters, pressure-test options, make the call, and translate it into execution - without taking over.
Consultants usually work “on” a function.
Marketing, finance, ops, systems, strategy decks, restructures.
I work on the leadership and operating rhythm that drives every function.
Priorities, decision rights, accountability, team alignment, communication, standards, and follow-through.
Consulting can create a short-term lift.
But if the leadership habits and cadence don’t change, the business often slides back.
A Growth partner works to change how you operate.
The goal is that you become more decisive, your team becomes more owned, and execution gets cleaner - even when I'm not in the room.
When you should choose a consultant:
If you need deep specialist answers or implementation horsepower (e.g., ads, pricing modelling, finance, systems build).
I will tell you that - and can help you choose and brief the right person.
When I'm a Better Fit:
When the real constraint is clarity, leadership, and execution - not a lack of information.
Everything you share stays between us.
I’m here to be a safe, calm, straight place to think - without politics or performance.
